Why do none of my friends enjoy talking to me?

Ok, none of my friends like talking to me, either on msn, over the phone, or face to face. I just try to have normal conversations, but they seem to just end up abandoning the conversation, and finding something else to do. Is it just me, or is it my friends? I dont talk any differently to any of my friends, no accent, or lisp. I may use a larger range of words than most of my colleagues, but thats just how I talk, even in colloquial speech.

It annoys me most because the girl I like just drops out of conversations so quickly, and finds another engagement to avoid talking to me. Its really aggravates me. Does anyone else find this is happening to them.
