Answer #1

I am having the same issue. I never had any kind of acne issues until I turned about 25, then about 4 months ago I have started having pimples on my chest, shoulders, and back. Sometimes the pimples are cystic. I am looking for anwers as well. I use a gentle exfoliating cleanser and avoid heavy lotion. I am 28 now and don’t understand why this is all of a sudden happening.

Answer #3

The pimples as stated above are natural but are also caused by increases in the oils in your skin which could be caused from food that is being prepared around you such as fast food resturants if you work there or are around fast food a lot…also the fact that with oils and moisture you tend to aqquire them. Pimples that are dried out should go away…try using either a female or male pad to clean the area and let it dry out…sometimes though it’s in your genes andn there isn’t much you can do…consult a dermatologist if they get out of hand…

like getting pimples on the face, it is normal to get pimples on your chest or backas well. what I do is to make sure when taking my shower I use a lot of soap there and if I notice a flare up, I will use myface wash. it works for me, but there is probably some type of skin cleanser made speciall for that

Answer #7

hello my friend, I USED TO have this problem. but I tried a pimple/zit remidy that really works. you just put toothpaste [NOT THE GELL KIND] on the pimple’s’ and leave it and over night, wash it off in the morning and it should be gone OR considerably smaller, if it is not gona overnight, do it again and the next day it will be GONE.

Answer #8

if you have recently removed hair from your chest then that could give you pimples or rashes there.. this can happen to any body part. Do not exfoliate pimples. Use astringent after you remove hair. Use antibacterial soap and keep the area clean and dry.

Answer #9

get acne body wash. a derm can reccomend one. but some salicyic acid and dab it on. dont wear clingy shirts. they will just trap oils. EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE!!!

Answer #10

I am 28 and I have been on the pill for many years. I am only getting this problem with chest pimples when I go off the pill. Which indicates it is some sort of hormonal imbalance. My sister has had the same experieince. Altough this would only relate to females being on on/or off the pill, I also think that chest/back pimples could occur to males when linked to hormonal imbalances. It might be worth chatting to your doctor or try a soap for this problem from your pharmacy.
