Why do I get a nosebleed twice a day?

it could be that you have too much iron in your blood, or it may be stress induced, as it is in my instance. A blood test would be advisable if it continues at this frequency. if you think it may be stress, then take it easy and try to stop panicking. if you take vitamin supplements then stop taking them and change for ones with no iron-this stopped mine-but then everyone is not the same.

stress, humidity, and high blood presser is why I often get then not to mention a few shots to the face that I got in fighting that I got but I don’t think that affects it to much after it stops bleeding but try getting a humidifier in your room or something like that thats what works for me

I had this from the age of about 7 - 18. Then it just stopped! Apparantly a virus had weakened the blood vessels in my nose, and even when I was better, stress such as excitement or anger would set the bleeding off again. It’s definately worth seeing a doctor about it - you need to be reassured that it’s not a symptom of anything more worrying.
