Why do I feel like the miscarriage was my fault?

I did everything I was supposed to do. Maybe I was too careful? I don’t know. Maybe too much stress on my part. Anyone with similar feelings want to give me some advice? I don’t want to feel like this is all my fault.

Because you want to believe you have some control over things that happen in your life. And it is very very scary to admit that sometimes somethings just happen. It wasnt your fault. You’ve got heroin, coke, and meth addicts who have babies. They pour poison into the baby’s blood and those babies survive. Things happen sometimes. Maybe it just wasnt the right time. Maybe it was too weak. If it is meant to be, then it will happen. But feeling guilty over something you had no control over is pointless. I know it isnt a conscious decision, but you can choose what to do now. You can continue to feel guilty, helpless and angry. Or you can accept what has happened, and remind yourself, that it wasnt your fault, and at the right time, things will work out.

It is not your foult is just that you loved your baby and you wanted to do everything possible to keep your baby safe and you feel that you did not do your job but you gatta know that it is not your foult, meaby talking to someone and having them get you trough this… This is reallt hard and you need sopport, just letting you know that if you ever need to talk I’m am always here…

GOOD LUCK:)
