why do I feel like crap all the time?

so, im 16 years old. and I feel terrible all the time. I have a pretty stable family. everything is okay. but I feel like things are missing. like, I miss everything. I never get invited to do things with my “friends” anymore. I am either always at home or with my boyfriend. and dont get me wrong, I love spending time with him. I just want my old friends back. my old family back. I want my old life back. you know? like when you were young and it felt like you didnt have a care in the world. around five I guess. ha. I guess it is really sad. I didnt really get to be a real kid. my parents were divorced when I was like seven I guess and I was always dealing with going to court and being a “big girl” and testifying and crap. I just dont know. I think not being able to really be a kid triggered all of this being upset. and maybe my friends dont like for me to hang out with them because I am really mature for my age. I dont really like partying and acting a fool and all that stuff. I just dont know. it really upsets me though.

Try exercise. Google “mental benefits of exercise.”

Take that boyfriend of yours on a long, brisk walk. Go camping, swimming, take the dog to the park. Throw frisbees, play touch football, shoot hoops with your friends.

I know what you mean, like having to be mature for your age. What helped me was to pray, (not trying to preach to you, religion is a choice). And try to find friends that are more like you, that dont party and know what its like to be in your position. Once you let go of your past your able to move on. :)
