Why do haters hate?

Ok so all my life I have worked just like everybody up here im sure…and to all the single moms out there you know how it is to live pay check to pay check and thats still aint enough to get by.. And have a loser for a babys daddy on top of all that. ..well im 23 in colloge..work 10 hr a week at my school as a teacher assitant..and wait tables at night wed-sun from 5pm-10pm…and god bless my mom she really helps me out a lot looking after my son..so I met this guy who is way older then me..like I said im 23 ..and he is 60…when I met him I though he was like 51 or something ..he just looks young..well we started talking and next thing ya know..(I never asked him to do any of what im about to say) he has paid my car off..got me a boob job..spends time with my son..buys him things that I cant affored…well it got back to some people and my babys daddy..and now they are alll talking mad s*it…why are they doing this..the guy im talking to is a doctor and told me all he wanted me to do was go to school and get a education..he dont even want me working…I just want the best for my son..so what yall think???
