In some guys like me, it’s fetish. This goes to the extreme…for instance I would rather look up a girl’s skirt if she is wearing panties than if she’s not. The fetish is very strong, in my case, I’m always trying to see my wife’s panties at home or any other place when she wears short dresses, and it’s a turn on for me just as intense as when I see some other woman’s undies.
