Why have I been just spotting?

well on thursday I spotted well when I wiped a lil blood so I used a pad next day nothing 2days later it happened again but still no period oh yeaa I got cramps and lots of lower back pains im sleeping a lot always tired and eating more or eating nothing please some one HELLLPPP!!!

thanks for the help I took the test and it was negative so still not sure wats going on my husband told me to go get blood work done but im so scared of needles and plus every time I gotta get blood work they poke me to many times grrr but pls some one help

have you had sex or been sexually active? because you could be pregnant to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results
