Why cant I play a movie in avi format?
I have windows vista and windows media player 11 I have a few videos in avi formatt when I try top watch them it just plays the sound why is it?

I use it, it plays everything
I was just about to suggest VLC =D It plays pretty much everything. That guy knows what he’s talking about.

You do not have the codecs for that. which is divx something like that. anyways GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE IN-vlc-AND DOWNLOAD. This should play those vids.
