Why can't I watch Shudo Chara Doki episode 55 a.ka. episode 4?

I’ve been trying to find shugo chara doki episode 55 or episode 4 in some cases and have been unable to. Does anyone know a website where I can watch this episode or is there something wrong with that episode? In one of them it said it was removed because of infringement, is it like illegal to watch that episode?
