Why can't I pierce my nose?

Do you see any sense in this? I asked my mum if I could get my nose pierced, not anything wild or stupid, just a little stud on the side, and she said no, because she didn’t want me having it for a week and the getting sick of it. She let me piece my ears when I was ten, and after a month or so I didn’t like them, so I took them out and the holes closed over. You can only barely see the holes, even if you look really carefully. I find this really weird because my mum isn’t one of those controlling, over-protective parents who choose their kid’s clothes for them. I asked my conservative, Christian grandmother what she would do if I was her daughter, and she said she’d let me, if I paid for it. What do you think?

go for it girl..just think of it like this..if your done having your nose pierced can your mum take it out? no she cant..because its already there… and its no big deal getting a stud on your nose just remember to get piercings in a nice place and not in those dirty places who use reused needles ;)

Answer #2

It’s not that expensive, and I did offer to pay for it myself, but I’m not the type of person who does things behind my parent’s backs.
