Why can't I like him ?

Ok I’ve been single for about 5 months nw , tis guy that goes my church has a serious crush on me but I dont seem to feel the same way, plp come all the time and tell me I should give him a chance but im not sure if I want to, im not sacred bt I just dont see myself with him , am I being awful ??? Don’t get me wrong hes a great caring nice, guy that sumtimes gets too emotional sometimes but thats the least, I sometimes wonder if he is the 1 we are both turning 20 tis year he even wrote me a love letter, even when me and my ex was talking he liked me and kinda tired to get my attention but I told him I wasnt intrested, I think he expects much of me, sumtimes I like him and sumtimes I dont hes kinda emotional sometimes even though we are friends even when I dont call him he gets all weird saying I never think abt it and thts freaks me out, what the hell should I do ???
