Why can't I edit my personal info?
Hi. I was just wondering why everytime I try to edit my personal info on funadvice, a message comes up saying ‘sorry something went wrong’ and then a see a video clip? Why? Can someone help me out? Thanks! Helen.xxx.
Using explorer thats all I can tell you! I don’t have a clue how to find out the other stuff- sorry! I have tried again and still no luck…
Are you using Firefox or internet explorer? And if IE, what version number? I’ll file a bug once I get more info from you. (added)
So I edited my own profile in IE6, IE7, and Firefox…:( can you try it again & please let me know what browser you are using? Thanks.

I just edited mine…no problems. Can you try it again, as we were getting a lot of visitors, so the server was slow but our engineer just fixed it a bit.
Nope. Still won’t work- maybe its my computer? I’m confused? What do I do- because’ all my info’s wrong I don’t live in Hayes!
I have been getting that message all day, but if I try again a few minutes later, I can usually get back on. Just keep trying.
