Why are people so intimidated by me?

Why’d he hit you in the face with a slushie? You are most likely blunt. And many people don’t want you to blurt out their business so they try not to talk to you and avoid letting you get to know them. If you were ever to get mad at them, they may feel like you would spread their business around for revenge. Or, you could just be embarrassing to have around in a group conversation because of the off-the-wall things you might say. Think about what you are going to say before you speak, and how the other person would react. Sensitivity is the key, and being polite wouldn’t hurt. Other people don’t want to fight back because it’s not worth the consequences or their identity; not because they are intimidated. Maybe you have a bad history? People judge pretty quickly by someone’s bad past especially if they don’t really know you to begin with. Don’t come on too strong or try to gain all of the attention if you are trying to make friends.
