im 17 years old 5'6 and about 190 pounds.. and im a girl. I hate being bigger I do cheer and volleyball and train hard, I eat healthy, this weight is not from muscul.. its fat. and I want it gone I have tried everything but nothing is working!
Try more Cardio. Do some muscle training.. Obviously volleyball and cheer leading isn't cutting it. And eating healthy isn't getting fast food every other day, or eating large quantities of food. Maybe you're eating too many calories for you to work it off. I mean you can always try smoking crack.. Or just stop eating.
dont listen to that dumbass and stop eating. ugh. what you need to do is cut meat and bread products out of your diet. eating lots of fruit and veggies is smart. im the same hight and all as you and have had small weight problems in the past, now I've been vegitarian for a year and lost a lot of wight!
