I want to be thin like all the other girls my age. I want to start starving myself just to be pretty and thin. Should I become anorexic or should I just diet and exercise?
Imagine everyone looked the same. How boring would that be? But you have every right to want to blend in with everybody else, however, becoming anorexic won't make you pretty. It'll make you become bald, pale, unhealthy, and in danger of dieing. However, dieting sensibly and excersising will make you fit and pretty. So i think, you should start off, by staying away from junk food, and having three meals a day only. and if you're still hungrey inbetween meals, eat a fruit. you should also visit the gym, and burn around 200/300 calories if you can. Yoga also helps with self confidence.

i want to becomee skinny like everyone else , but it wont make u prettier , and i dont really know what to say because i need advice aswell , but if i was you , i wouldd talk to someone and sort it out x no1 should diet at our age , most of it is puppy fat ,, jst exercise like running nd skipping nd bike ridingg , nd you will see a change in yourself and eat healthier foods

you dont need to diet at your age exercise is key though 30min-60min a day is excellent and sometimes required for teens to do. Watch what you eat and eat maybe smaller portions if you eat a lot if not your fine just dont eat as much junk. Do not go anorexic by any means it is unattracive and is hard to recover from mnay people dont ever recover from it and it is life threating and no fun.
If you get 30 to 60 min of exercise a day you will find that you do not need to starve yourself. When ever I need to drop a few pounds I kick up the bike riding and have cold cereal for two meals a day. I think as you exercise you start to feel like you can skip candy and soda and other junk food because you know you don't want to undo all that exercise you just got.
What I would suggest is that you do an hour of aerobic exercise(swimming,yoga,running,aqua aerobics etc..) each day and eat healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables. Completly cut out chocolate and crisps from your diet. Aviod soft drinks and chocolate milk. You should see the result in 1-2 weeks.
Exercise, don't diet, just watch what you eat and how much .you'll be fine. You are not other girls but an individual focus on being healthy. Anorexia is dangerous and without help can result in death. Good luck and be smart!
DO NOT BECOME ANOREXIC!! that is one of the worst things you cud do and it has alot of longterm effects. just eat right & excercise and you should see results soon.
whenever i need to lose some pounds, i do half an hour of yoga a night and eat smaller portions and i lose it about a week
