Why am I love sick :( ?

I’ve just broke up with my boyfriend. He dumped me. But I still really really love him. And I cant stop thinking about him,I need him :’( But I know for a fact he doesnt and will never love or care for me again.! what can I do. its really getting me down, like im crying now.

well I have been there with you but basically all you can do is try to find closure or remember all the times you had together…also you might be tempted to text or call him but dont make him wonder why you stopped talking abnd hopefully one day he will text or call you
