ok my ex didn't reply on my msg I sent him one yesterday and he didn't reply but if I sent another he will reply (I know that) but I won't send him another msg but he said that we will b more close to each other as frndz but I donno.. plus he didn't change his password of his email why???

He is your EX, so he is allowed to return your sms when or if he feels he wants too.. ...You are not his girlfriend anymore so really you have no demand on what he does and how he behaves..
You are going to be in more pain when and if he finds another replacement as you are already stressing over minor things, that is, his slowness in reply back to your texts.

he isn't worried about what you think about his future relationships...or maybe he wants you to see them so that you'll come running back...maybe its best that you ask him why he didnt change it if you want the truth!!!
I never change my password after a break up, I just can't be bothered and I really don't care if they read it or not. :)
