lil wayne by far…depending on who makes a song or sits around Ludacris, T.I., Jeezy, Young Dro, and Bun B will be pretty good too.

Lil Wayne hands down even though T.I will be a close second well hum second is a hard one T.I or Young Jeezy you decide but the best rapper alive feed him rappers or feed him beats. Have you heard the lollipop song already starting on a good note.
