its just another crazy myth made up who knows when; such as wishing upon the first star you see, blowing away an eyelash you found in the corner of your eye after making a wish or when the clasp of your necklace is touching the charm. If your wish comes true its coincidence.. and maybe if people stopped just wishing and dreaming and started trying to make things come true.. they would.
well the first time I have ever heard it, was in my math class last year. some girls were doing it, and no way in hell does this come true. they wished to pass their geometry final but they failed. so in my experiences no it doesnt work.
