If you purchasd your ticket online and paid for them via your credit card, it is better to go to the office and collect the tickets yourself rather then having them post the tickets out too you.

Because Ticketmaster and Ticketek promote a lot of events and usually popular and well known events held worldwide, if you purchased the ticket directly with them and if the event/s are ever cancelled later down the track, they do issue refunds very quickly, not like a lot of other event venues.
