My mom is really worried right now, my granddad/her dad went through surgery having to deal with cancer for the second time in his life, but stupid enough, they pushed him through rehab when he wasn't supposed to, and now he's real sick and has an infection.
The entire family is worried about him and my mom wanted to know if it's possible to sue the hospital for doing this to him?
BTW: He was fine before they pushed him into rehab.
yeah you can sue them for malpractice which means they choose the wrong thing to do and its all there fault. but you have to have amazing evidence and facts plus a great lawyer and you might not get much cause all hospitals have alota lawyers they keep around for this reason so its a long process and since your grandfather is fine or alive it doesn't help much you should just be happy that he's ok and around.
YES!!! you can it can be really wring, believe me whit my brither I have almost lived in a hospetal and you can sue them so go for it.
You just have to have really good proff you know they always want it their way.
