Who has tried P90X?

I have just started P90X and was wondering if anyone tried it. If so, how did it work for you? Did you notice any major differences in weight, muscle mass, and stamina? I am extremely sore right now but I’m hoping that it will be worth it in the end. I know there is no such thing as a quick fix, but I’m hoping that this system will get me in better shape and into the habit of working out every day.

P90X is great. It changed my way of life in many different ways. I’ve done 2 rounds so far and started my 3rd 2 weeks ago. I’m trying to slim down again for the summer :)

Anyway if you stick to it, really do the workouts, eat right and get plenty of sleep then this will make you look better than you ever have before.

Based on the youtube videos. it looks like a great product. requirs mental dedication and you really need push yourself. I am currently on it as well, but I get lazy so keep on going back to chest and back, with ab ripper x loll. how you doing with it so far?

Well, I’m on my 6th day. Yoga was HORRIBLE! lol So far my favorite was the polymetrics video, and the shoulders and arms. It hurts to exist, but thats not a bad thing. I’m doing the nutrition portion, and actually surprised at how realistic that part is. How long have you been doing it?

I did P90X last summer to lose weight before my wedding. I lost 14 inches all over and 14 pounds. I have kept off 10 pounds since then. It does give you sooo much energy. The nutrition part is very important to keep on. It may seem like a lot of food but if you space it out in the day you should never get that feeling of being too full. I noticed that when I was eating the way they want you to, I was never hungry and I never got that icky feeling you get after going to a restaurant and saying “I ate too much”. I used the rubber bands instead of the pull up bars, so I think I toned more than build muscle. Some of my other friends did it and of course the guys lost tons of weight and gained muscle, but the girls were about the same as me. Lost a good amount of weight, but would really want to go through it twice to see great results depending on how much you want to lose. and yes Yoga will still suck at the end, but you will somehow grow to love it.
