  dont take any pills I know it sounds bad but 30 mins on the treadmill will work so much better. Pills are false ways to making money, do it the hard way and the results will come quick and you will have earned it.

  lol everyone is too fixed up on pills thinking there is a pill for everything... make a diet and workout, even better then taking a pill that could mess your body up
