What is Causing Severe Stomach Pains?

ok my aunt is havin real bad stomach cramps [shes only 14 so shes not pregnant] and she isnt having her you no what anyway its hurtin so bad shes crying what could she do to make her stomach feel better

yeah ichinbanarky is right and it might be appendicitis or even her gallbladder could be in trouble

If it’s hurting to the point where it’s making her cry, then she needs to go to the hospital.

It could be a number of serious problems - appendicitis, ovarian cyst, etc.

Better safe than sorry.

It can just be gas pains: Lay down and try strecthing it should releive some of the pain. (Most common and can be very sharp pain in upper or lower abdomen)

It can be constipation: Last time she had a bowel movement. If not within the last 12-17 hours she may want to try a stool softener or Miralax. (more of a radiating pain in lower abdomen)

Its is located to a small section of her stomach just to teh right of the navel this could be appendicitis. This is serious and she should go the the doctors as the appendix can burst.

If none of these really seem like it thenshe should def. go to the hospital as it can be various other things that may need medical attention.
