he has pale skin but he had those dark spots its like his skin is half brown half white..anything to whiten his skin so it can look even?

she is just tryin to help him.. I heard bleach does whiten skin but its not safe, I wouldnt do it. There really isnt much u can do.
Yeah you can use rice powder. Goths use it to become paler and can become extremely white.
