What could the white pigmentation on my arms be?

Last Summer I got sunburned pretty bad and when it healed I was left with a white blotch on my upper arm the size of a small leaf, and a white blotch on my arm the size of a pin-head. I put derma-oil on them and they went away. A year has passed and we are now going into Spring from Winter. The weather was nice today so I had a singlet on and was out in the sun for a few hours… The dots have come back! :O I know that I can just put more oil on them and they will go away but I was wondering if anybody has experienced this before and knows anything about it?? I’m trained to recognise disorders like psoriasis, scabies, body lice, impetigo etc etc so I know it’s not any of those kinds of things. It’s weird because it’s not actually raised on my skin at all (like eczema etc) it’s just like somebody bleached my skin.

Vitiligo possibly, it’s odd cause I used to have the SAME EXACT thing happen, it’s gone now but it lasted a few years. I dont think it’s anything to worry about cause for me personally it never had any pain it was just an odd looking super pale splotch on the back of my shoulder.
