Which has true meaning

I personally think Rock + Metal because they make the beats with their own 2 hands and feet,they don’t use beat machines to make them,that have REAL stories in the background,Rap these days is always about sex-drugs-money-and fu*king women,that’s a disgrace to me. The only Rapper I know of that has true meaning is 2Pac cause he grew up struggling in life. Pay attention to Rappers these days and what they say in their lyrics,it NEVER really made any sense whatsoever,I learned that the hard way..

I absolutely LOVE rock/metal/screamo, etc… so obviously those are the genres that have meaning to me. However, I feel ALL music has some kind of meaning, if not to me, to the fans and bands/singers that wrote it. Just because a certain type of music doesn’t have meaning to you because you either don’t like it or whatever, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have meaning to someone else.

rock. their songs have actual lyrics in them, unlike rap/pop which to me, make little or no sense.

Rock. Why? Well, Rock always seems to have a story to it. I dunno thats hard to answer.
