Which diets actually work?

The food I eat isnt exactly good for you. So I was thinking of trying some type of diet, but I’ve heard of loads that haven’t worked.

Can anyone tell me one which does work?

I should also ask how can I have more ‘willpower’. I can never stick to diets or anything. I’m pretty useless at that.

When you go on a termporary diet it will always fail because when you go back to your regular way of eating you will go back to the same problems you had on your old diet.

The only diets that work are ones that are permenant changes in the way you eat. Nobody can stay on a diet of wilted lettuce and pickle juice; you might loose a boatload of weight on such a regimin but eventually you will have to quit then you will probably gain back all the weight you lost.

If you want to improve your diet you should make small changes and make them permanent. Perhaps eat a few more servings of fruits and vegetables every day. If you have a sweet tooth perhaps cut back to desert one or two days/week instead of every night. By making small permanent changes you will eventually notice big results and lasting ones.

I dont no how you get the will power but you need that 1st before you start a diet or else youll fail

Try spacing your meals down 2, 5 small meals like 1-breakfast- 2 weetabix, banana 2- yogurt, orange 3-Lunch- I have a weight watchers meal (the new 1s are rele filling-salmon and wedges is real nice) 4- A bowl of salad (rocket salad, onions, tomatoes, cucumber…) 5-Dinner- (before 5PM) soup (no bread rolls) or a bowl of cereal
