I recently asked a question on the impunity with which some western countries neo-colonize Africa and involev themselves in African politics and sanction those opposed to this for their own benefits (raw materials, ready markets, disposal of surpluses, etc). I was insulted by almost everyone who answered and told that Africa has always been headed for failure. IOt reminded me of the KKK and a movie called Mississippi Burning. Does everyone in the west hold this view. For one, I don't.
If I go out of the streest of European cities I see that much more Africa "colonizes" Europe than that you wrote.
