Where do I go to if I need to talk to eBay about a delivery?

Help .. So I ordered a makeup kit from eBay and payed it, and iknow this because the $ was taken our of my bank account from eBay so that meant I paid it and all but I checked my messages in eBay and they said my delivery was cancelled because I didn’t pay it on time And that I’m not getting it anymore so I tried sending messages to the seller of the makeup but she doesn’t respond back what do I do? Is there a # I can call? .. Because I already paid for it and I’m not going to let eBay take my money like that :(

ok well I tried looking for a number on ebay but didnt find anything but here is a link to the help contact center. you should be able to just type in your problem on that page. also you could send an email to ebay itself. http://contact.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUsNextGen#

that does not sound normal. maybe go under the sites contact us area. im really not sure but maybe it was just some mix up or it could of been a fake did you pay useing paypal?
