haha, really only a friends house, or maybe a secluded park. Remember drink responsibly and not in excess.
Over here (South-Africa) the drinking age is 18. Why do you want to go drink anyway? You probably think it is cool to get drunk. Just wait a few more years or go to a friends house. But please be very careful if you decide to do it. It can really cause a lot of problems.

There is no “best place” to drink with anyone underage. If you’re over 21 and get caught with underage drinkers you would get into trouble…
A friends house? I quess I must be lucky as my mum lets me drink all the time :) I dont know any were elses you could go without running the risk of getting caught
