Where can I get glow in the dark nail varnish in shops not off internet?? Because the mail people are on strike I cannot get it delivered in time so can anyone tell me what shops I can get it from??
Well I live in derby and the shops are limited meaning theres not many products in shops do you know any pacific halloween shops?
any store that sells Halloween stuff should have it, it doesn't have to be a costume shop.
A party shop should have one, and I'm pretty sure I've seen one in Claire's before :S
