  Get an ASUS -- great quality (the company actually stared off making computer components for Dells and such), and very reasonable pricing. I had a great one, with a built-in webcam that actually swiveled forward (out to whatever is in front of you) and backward (facing you), before I got robbed and it was stolen :(

  Dell Inspiron 15 is pretty nicde,I have it. It has a webcam. I htink it was around $500, but I also got a different color which cossts like $90 more and I got a few extra things on it.
