If you mean stanford mall...in Palo Alto: Hillsdale Malle / it's north, about 20 minutes Valley Fair - I like that one, it's in San Jose
For a higher end experience, outdoors, but fun, I'd also suggest Santana Row, it's next to Valley Fair.
