What do you mean like jelly? Have you had sex since your last period? If so then you could be pregnant, especially if you did not use protection. The only way to find out would be to wait for your next period and, if it does not arrive, do a home pregnancy test.
Since you are still in your mid teens though, it is probably just a stage of growing and it will stop soon.
