When your mad, what do you do to make yourself feel better?

I’m very upset and mad… What should I do to stop feeling this? What would you do? thank you..

I have to stay away from people when I am mad because I am cranky so I got to my room lay on my bed listening to music and read a book or take a hour nap

Seriously when I’m mad I go swimming in the ocean!!! I love it because I feel so free and radiant and I just love it!! I could swim for hours :)

I just read something like the Bible or any good book. Then listen to music. Or you take a deep breath

I rarely get mad, but if its a regular problem, have you ever tried like breathing exercises?

If I’m mad I usually sleep haha or go outside and walk for a while you get exercise and it calms you down.

I listen to music…well, I suppose it all depends on what type of music you like…screamo prob wont make you any less mad! ;)

I get mad too sometimes and what helps me get through it is just thinking about the good things in life. Think of something really cool that happened to you today and just replace that thought thats making you upset with that really cool one.

Usually, whoever made you mad, whether it’s your sibling or a friend, they WANT to see you get upset and angry, so whenever that time comes along, all you have to do is act like you could care less! Be more bubbly than they are acting at that moment to show them that you don’t and won’t take their crap!
