When Working Out

I have a routine that I usaully do and I plan to keep with it, buut now im hearing that I have to change my routine up, every 2 weeks in order to keep loosing weight ? is this true ?

I wouldnt say change it every two weeks. try every four weeks. Give your body time to get used to the riuntine and then just when it adjusts change it up. to prevent the “plateau effect”. it keeps you burning!! :)

The stronger your body gets the harder your routine should get.
