When will this pain stop?

okay so I got braces yesterday and im literally in so much pain. I’ve never been in this much agony before. its been giving me occasional blurry vision and sometimes head rushes. my gums have also been bleeding. is this all normal? and when will the pain stop? its getting to the point where I literally don’t know what to do with myself..

When I had braces many years ago I also had that pain. It’ll go away in some days, and if the advil stuff doesn’t work, talk to your dentist and get something a LITTLE bit stronger.

the bleeding is normal for some people am yes the pain will go away in about two weeks or less so just take ibprofin or moltrin!

You might want to call your dentist about the bleeding. The pain will go away in a few days, then you’ll just be sore till they tighten them. Take some Motrin (advil, ibprofin) it should help with the pain.

Get some ibuprofen and paracetamol. That will help for the pain (myprodol, mybulen, genpayne etc.) Yes it is normal.
