When to take a pregnancy test?

When is the best time to have pre. test done , is it during preiods? I have got my periods (6-8 days before this time , which is normal wid me) Last time I had on 22-12 and this time its 15-01, and most probably I m not pregg because I nvr had intercourse. but want to carry out test to confirm it. Well, I doubt because I must have had sperm change around 9th of this month and now I have gt my periods, pls tell me the how many days to wait to carry the same test . Also, how do docs. take thsi test ? If its just a prick in finger or just a urine test , I m fien wid it but do tehz insert anzthing deep within to test it.. you see I m new to all tehse things so a bit more concverend…cheers.

Hey Geriann! hws u? I got the test dun at doctor’s place and it came out to be -ve…thank God !! And, if I miss my next cycle, I would redo this test .chiao

Actually Geriann, my boyfriend did ejaculate on his hand while he was on top of me…on my thighs (not my vag**)so was a lil worried cus sperms travel by itself into the location and u can b preggo…so was lil furious to chk the same. I think everythings fine but yeh I m in stress cus no protection wss used, you see…

sweetheart bu a preg test kit from the chemist. they dont cost much and then you can be sure. did you know you can sometimes get something called implantaion bleeding when you are due for your period ? if you had sex before you had your last period I would do the test. if your last period was lighter than normal you may be pregnant. if you havent had sex then it might just be stress !! ohh and its just a wee sample at the doctors or if you buy a test. you can have a blood test to confirm it though. xx
