When should I work out?

For building muscle and doing exercise, is there a certain time of the day to do your pilates that gives you better results? Every other day I do ab pilates and bun&thigh pilate exercises. I usually work out at night when my belly is empty and my muscles arent tight. Is there a better time in day to do this? Also, does jogging bulk up your butt? Thanks!

I dont really think it matters,but I read sumwere that its better 2 excercise during daylight as the light boosts yur energy levels
