When should I take my pill?
Right well I have been taking the pill for 21 days now and its my first time. 4 days ago I stopped for the 7 days and I have come on today.. what should I do when the 7 days are up. should I continue to take the pill for the next 21 days even if I am on my period still or should I take it after my period. I dont know what I should do. please help xxx
You should always take it even if your on your period make sure you take it at the same time each day you need to catch up on those days you missed so it wont hert you to take two each day till your caught up
