I was wondering if hair takes in nutrients more when it is is wet or if it is dry. Thanx
depends what your talking about putting on your hair for conditioners and such wet hair cause if conditioner dries on hair it can make your hair brittle. but when it comes to oils and such dry hair is best. Also applying heat to conditioners and oils(not to hot) can make them soak in more.
when its dry if wet its full of water if dry whatever you put on it soaks in so question aswer is dry hair.
