When deworming puppy too soon?
Can a puppy die if you deworm them too soon? My brother has a puppy and he dewormed him at 6 weeks old.. He was told the puppy can die if dewormed before 8 weeks old so now he’s worried. :)
All puppies should be wormed from aged two week, then every two weeks until they are around 12 weeks old.
They should be weighed on the day of worming and the correct dose given.
Your brother did the right thing by worming the puppy.
