  1. Friends and/or Family advice and opinions
  2. Price and description
  3. Information from media
  4. A products ability to improve you or your environment
  5. Other…
Answer #1

In my case right now, I am in the process of buying a bunch of major baby gear. (I.e. crib, stroller, pack n’ play, etc.) Price isn’t that important at this point, but the description of the product is highly important.; I want to make sure I’m buying something that is going to fit my and my family’s needs. Next, I want to make sure that the product is going to make my life a little easier. I don’t want something that is going to be difficult to haul around. Next, reviews are important to me. I want to see what other consumers have said the pros and cons are. Information from the media is least important because most of the time they don’t have experience with the product.

I hope this answer didn’t bore you, but it’s my thought-process for choosing a product.
