  Well what is going on that is a reason that he wants to move in whit you? Are you an adult? If you are an adult or live whit an adult and the 17 year old is getting some caind of abuse then that can be reported and you or someone that you are living with can go to court to get costody of him but the best thing to do here is to just give more informatimon regarding on this situation.

  First of all - what are his probationary terms? Does he have to reside somewhere specific?

  Secondly - what do your parents think abut it? If they're willing to let him leave without a fuss, then it's unlikely that any police will be knocking and your door forcing him to go home.

  yeah a think so aslong as you have parents permission but am nt 100% sure
