When a guy stares at you for no reason, does it mean he likes you?

So yesterday at school we played capture the flag and our teacher was there, She called us all over (there were 2 grades and all the classes in the 2 grades) and was talking about giving the girls the point because the boys were wining and I loked over at my crush, just a glimpse I might add, and when I looked at the teacher I noticed he was staring at me. And no I didnt have anything on my face. I think he likes me because when me and my friends hang out he and his friends always come over and annoy us. Well annoy my friends lol jk. But Its getting on my nerves not knowing and it really seems like he likes me. So can anyone help me?

he is this kid in my class and my teacher is a girl so that would be a little awkward…so I may not have been clear. My teacher had ask all the kids to be over by her and and my crush was sitting across from me and was staring at me while me girl teacher was talking. that mey or may not be more clear…lmao

OMG, that happends to me with my crush he stares at me whenever him gets the chance. It is kinda scary! I going to grade school so we see each other a lot, today we did this litergy and he was staring at me during a prayer thing and he turns around to take a glismpe of me then looks back like every 2 minutes. I am sorry to say but I have no clue what to do about it :( But if you want to add me as a friend then if I have a way to make him stop or know if that guy likes me then I will let you know.
