All the sudden my hair has been getting thinner and kind of falling out and my bones seem so week and I am ALWAYS tried, and I always feel like iam going to callapse, whats wrong with me???
thats an extreemely low amount of calories to be eating its not enough to sustain you and your body feels weak because its not full of fuel food = fuel so if you dont eat enough your body will feel weak and sluggish it needs food to help you do your everyday activities and yes you do sound like your low in iron as well also you need to try and get more hours of sleep a night, as thats part of the problem too if you dont get enough sleep, youll feel tired and lazy all day you do need to go to the doctor, tell him whats wrong and what your doing. he wont laugh at you there there to help you and other people with problems, not to laugh at you they wont think any less of you comming in and it might just safe your life, as your eating a dangerously low amount of food do go to the doctor asap and he'll be able to help you more
babe if you are 5 6' and that much lbs that is massively underweight.. to me just hearing wht you have said you have developed and eating disorder.. im at the same height but I am not close to your weight.. babe...
do your bmi if you are under 17 you are considered ed.. or go to sympotoms of eating disorder online and do it and it will tell u
im classed as ednos.. but I have ana tendencies... if you need to talk funmail me but I would try to stop it before it gets worse
your welcome! no, he wont be able to keep you there your free to leave the doctor whenever you want as for the calories, 2000 is the average amount yes its a lot more than what you already eat! so this is a big reason why you feel this way your barely eating 1 quarter of it! so do go to the doctor and try and up your daily calory intake
Hi Iss890! Don't be nervous about the doctor, it's all good. The doc there to help you feel less tired and make sure you're feeling ok. First things first, get that calory intake up and put some fuel into your body. Then sleep more. Last but not least, go see the doctor as soon as possible to make sure you're all healthy. Nothing to it ;-)
yes, you can go by yourself but if your in a seriouse condition, the doctor may tell your parent if hes concerned your parents finding out isnt a bad thing though your parents love you and are very concerened about your health so they would be happy to help you work through your problems but yes, you can go to the doctor by yourself
your welcome not really food makes your body work its one of the most important things you need, and your really not getting enough! you need to fix both things to feel better one wont do enough so make sure you start eating more ok!
sounds to me you may have an eating disorder. if you are feeling that way and eating that less that is what happens with people how have eating disoders.. I knwo from experience... I've passed out before many times

you need food, you can sleep all day, but without the food you're not going to have enough energy to do anything. These sound like symptoms of anorexia. You really should go see a doctor.
my intake of calories of calories a day is like 450 and I seep for like 6 hours a nite, what can a doctor do for this? woudl a doctor like laugh at me for coming for a stupid thing
