Vice versta - From the Latin meaning ‘the position being reversed’
If someone said do your parents get on together and the reply was:
" My Dad likes my Mum. " it could be taken to imply the feeling was not reciprocated.
People do not much like repeating the same words in different orders, as it sounds strange, and looks poor in writing.
" My Dad likes my Mum and my Mum likes my Dad. " means exactly the same as:
" My Dad likes my Mum and vice versa " but the latter looks and sounds better.
If the first clause is very lengthy, vive versa can save a lot of words (and even logical syntax difficulties) in some circumstances:
For example: imagine trying to make this clear
"My best friend's father absolutely adores his best friend's wife, and vice versa. " without using "vice versa" !
We might need to say:
".... and the wife of the best friend of of my best friend's father absolutely adores my best friend's father. " instead of " ... and vice versa".

its a figurative speech. it means like something goes both ways. as in say you do something for me, and i give you something. if i do something for you, you'd give me something in return. so instead of saying all that, you can just say this. if you were to do something for me, id give you something and vis versa. do you get what im saying haha
Vice versa is basically just a fancy term for "Other way around" or "Opposite".. Google it.
Like it can go either way like the number 44 no matter which way u put it its still 44
