Whats this pain in my chest?

Alright well for a couple weeks, maybe 2 or 3 weeks, I’ve had this pain in my chest on the left side. I would say it was my heart, but I dont know that for sure. Its a slight pain, nothing unbelievably painful, just a bit. Like when you eat too much food at once and you get that pain in the middle of your chest, something like that, only more on my left. Does anybody know what could be causing this? Could it be stress related, or anything like that?

Thanks

If you eat a lot of greasy foods, pizza, hamburgers, etc. you may have Gall stones. Usually, older people get Gall stones though. You could have gas. Take a Phazme. It’s over the counter and if it’s gas, that will knock it out. Of course, you should check with a doctor to be sure.

Well I have the same problem. The doctor told me it was that the muscle was stressed from much force I was putting in my upper body since I would play flag football But yours can be that your eating and your not taking time to actually shallow and drink something after you eat something

It could be that you have simply strained a muscle or bruised a rib.

If it gets any worse or doesn’t go away in another week or two then you might want to consult with a doctor.

Meanwhile, try soaking in a hot bath so that your chest muscles can relax.
